Initial Consult & Acupuncture Treatment $120.00

Includes a 60 minute initial health consult and 30-40 minute customized acupuncture treatment. Other modalities such as moxibustion, cupping, tui na, gua sha, tdp heat therapy, ear seeds and nutritional counseling included as needed. Depending on complexity or severity of your imbalance or pain, some treatments may go over the scheduled treatment time. If this is a concern please let me know when you arrive for your treatment. Price of herbs not included.

Follow Up Acupuncture Visit~ 45-60 minutes $75.00

Once you’ve had your initial acupuncture consult your second follow up visit will last about an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes. We’ll go over the Report Of Findings where we’ll discuss where your specific imbalances are and how they can best be treated, how many treatments it should take and a re-evaluation date as well as self care recommendations for you to follow to get the most out of your treatments. After that your follow up visits will take less time and include the above modalities.

Package of 10 Follow up Treatments $600.00

30 minute Stress Relief~Relaxation Acupuncture $45.00

A private, 30 minute acupuncture treatment using 5 empirical  points known for relaxation, this treatment is geared to de-stress, relax and rejuvenate you from your hectic week. You’ll listen to relaxing music as you drift away on the table and give yourself some well deserved take care of you time!!

IVF Acupuncture Support Day of Transfer at your RE’s office $275

Treatment: Two treatments based on the most recent research using acupuncture with IVF
The first treatment is given 25 minutes before your embryo transfer and the second treatment is given 20 minutes post transfer. Both are given in your RE’s office or surgery center or in our office if need be. It’s important to schedule this treatment as soon as you have your transfer appointment time to be sure a time can be secured on priority.
Cost includes both treatments on day of transfer. ** Available 7 days a week for Day of Transfer Treatments

 

Chinese Herbal Medicine

 

    Herbal Consult 60- 90 minutes $105.00

Initial herbal consult for a customized formula during which a detailed health history is taken and a formula designed to address your health issues. This consult does not include the price of herbs, which run between $100-$200 per month.
Herbal formulas come in powder form directly from the the supplier to ensure the freshest product. Herbal powders can be encapsulated at your request to make it convenient however, there is an additional fee. All suppliers have very strict testing for heavy metals and pesticides.

Follow up herbal consult appointment $70

After an initial consultation, a follow up appointment is needed every two weeks to re-evaluate the progress of symptoms before a new formula can be prescribed.

Payments can be made by check or cash or credit card through paypal

A “superbill” can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company. This allows me to devote more time and resources to you as a patient.
Payment is due when service is rendered.

Appointment Policy

Your appointment time is a reservation of the room for you and I make every attempt possible to run on schedule in respect of your time. Occasionally, there is a problem when patients aren’t used to staying on a schedule. Please keep in mind if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late for an appointment to call to confirm availability. There is a 24 hour cancellation policy on all appointments which allows time to schedule another patient that would benefit from treatment. This appointment policy allows us to develop a mutual consideration and respect for my time and yours.
